Privacy Policy
This page explains what data we collect through sigatra.biz.id, what it is used for, and what rights you have over it. Written in plain language rather than hard-to-read legalese.
What we collect
This site itself collects almost no personal data. There are only two things:
Conversations you start yourself. If you tap a WhatsApp button and write to us, we receive your WhatsApp number and the contents of your message. That happens in WhatsApp, not on this site — see “WhatsApp conversations” below.
Server logs. Like almost every website, the web server records IP addresses, browser type, and pages accessed. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting, and are deleted automatically after 30 days.
We do not ask for an email address, phone number, or any other identifying data through this site.
WhatsApp conversations
The WhatsApp buttons on this site open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Once you tap one, the conversation happens in WhatsApp — not on this site — and is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
We keep conversation history only as far as the work requires, and do not share it with anyone else.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, so data travelling between your browser and our server is encrypted. Access to the management panel is restricted and password-protected.
No system is entirely immune. If a breach occurs that affects your data, we will notify those affected.
Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected if something is wrong, and to have it deleted.
Just contact us on WhatsApp. We respond to requests within 7 working days.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle data changes, this page is updated along with its date. Changes with significant impact are communicated directly to active clients.
