What "Sigatra" means
Sigatra joins two Indonesian words: Sigap and Mitra.
Sigap
quick to respond, ready to act
The word Indonesians use for things that genuinely have to be responsive — emergency response, a technician who shows up. For us it means something concrete: fast on-site call-outs, fast WhatsApp replies, and work that does not drag.
Mitra
a partner on equal footing
Not a vendor who turns up, gets paid, and vanishes. A partner is a relationship you maintain — you can come back six months later and still talk to the same person.
Together, Sigatra means a partner who is always ready. The "-tra" ending was chosen deliberately: it carries a Sanskrit-Indonesian cadence that sounds established to a local ear, without reaching for corporate English.
Why Sigatra exists
Plenty of small businesses and organisations in Jakarta need something fairly simple from technology: a website customers can actually find, an office network that does not keep dropping, computers that are not painfully slow, a business location that shows up on Google Maps.
The trouble is that needs this size are often poorly served. Large vendors treat them as too small to take seriously. Small vendors are frequently unclear on price and hard to reach once the job is done.
Sigatra exists to fill the gap in between: small to mid-sized work, delivered to a professional standard, at prices you can see before you even ask.
How we work
We say no when it is not our field
If your need falls outside what we do well, we say so and point you somewhere better. Taking on work we half understand only costs you.
We explain in plain language
You should not have to learn technical vocabulary to make decisions about your own business. If our explanation is still confusing, fixing that is our job.
We do not lock you in
Server access, domains, and accounts stay in your name. If you ever want to move to another vendor, you can take everything with you without asking our permission.

Sigatra operates under PT Bahagia Informasi Teknologi (BITech). That means a registered company stands behind every engagement — which matters if you need a contract, a tax invoice, or procurement paperwork.
