One-off maintenance is priced per machine. For offices with many computers, a scheduled visit package works out cheaper — and the more units, the lower the per-unit cost. Send us the machine count on WhatsApp for an exact figure.
We do not open, copy, or move your files. If any step could touch data — a system reinstall, for instance — we get written approval first and confirm a backup exists.
The service fee covers installation. Component cost is separate and always quoted for your approval before purchase. Nothing gets bought without your knowledge.
Yes. For offices that cannot be disrupted during working hours, weekends are often the better option. There is a surcharge for out-of-hours scheduling, stated in the quote.
